Tic-Tat-Toe

OMG. Can you believe it? Someone actually stole my chocolates.

I bought 9 bucks worth of cadbury chocolates yest at college, where they were having this promotion: 2 packs for RM3. And for any purchases above RM4, they allowed you to play a minigame of throwing pingpong balls. Okie la details aside, i won 2 tickets to watch The Devil Wears Pradas.

But OMGWCCBBQ, MY PACK OF CHOCOLATES WHICH I HAD PLACED ASIDE WERE STOLEN!!!!!

=================

There are at times you'ld like to lament about life. About how unfair this thing called "Life" has treated you unfairly and about God, the almighty, who has not been just in his judgement.

I believe a lot in the ideal of "What you reap is what you sow". Just like how energy cannot be created nor destroyed, efforts can only translated into some other event; Something bad happening now would probably be a hint of something good around the corner. Whereas gaining an unexpected winfall would equate that you're going to lose something soon.

I believe that whenever something bad, esp when many bad things happen to me (initiating event), it would end up as a "little" good thing (resulting event). Not exactly worth the exchange, at first glance it maybe. But wait, hold your horses and think about it... first of all, people tend to take advantages and are less appreciative of good things that happen to them. Furthurmore, such values, like good or bad are quite prone to subjectivity aren't they?

However, one thing is that things aren't always fair in life, i guess. Sacrifices often have to be made so that another thing can happen. Maybe it maybe a blessing in disguise, maybe it could be that by losing 9 bucks i'ld have gotten 10x2 = RM20 bucks worth of movie tickets.

But as i said just now, such things are very, very subjective! i rather be chewing on my chocolate bars than to watch some stupid devilish shoes thing.

Or on the other hand, maybe that if i had went, i would have met this chun chun chick which i would get to know really well and become my gf. hmmmm... not bad eh?

RM9 = Get to know a chun chick and catch a movie with her?

...

Priceless!
