The Memoirs of an Elephant.

Sometimes, do you ask yourself questions that normally you would not have expected to think about?

I was watching a program of zoos in UK, specifically Cardiff zoo, where they were trying to take care of an old female elephant's sore legs.

While it was walking, I noticed that the size of the elephant's "breast" or "tilts" were shaking with every movement.

Then I wondered:
How does an elephant calf drink its mum's milk?

Like this?

"So many trucks! ITCHY!!"

Or,

"Yeaman~ petrol station~"

NO MAN! ELEPHANTS LAY EGGS!!!

Review: Ball Revamped 5

2 months more till final exams. Time to get cracking!

Chunhowe, study-mode. ON!

FIRE!!11!oneone
(quote smashpop)

------
I've decided. Every week, I'll do a review on something interesting on the net, in addition to posting some random sites I've discovered on Digg/Stumbleupon. This is so as to improve eveyone's quality of life, injecting some much needed fun and refreshing one's minds.

So let's cut the crap and get going!

For this issue, I'd like to introduce a very damn addicting flash game.

Ball Revamped 5: Synergy!

The aim is to move a ball around using WASD or arrow keys into a goal, avoiding mines, flowers, walls and moving blocks in the process. 1 level doesn't take that long and it's quite enjoyable to constantly level up to see more and more shits coming your way.

I'm stuck here. Boohoho...

The best of all... YOU CAN SAVE GAME!

So when you've had enough. Pause, save, close window, and study. chiang chiang chiang.

K la, that's all for this week's review (lol) Nothing much, but eh, chunhowe is a part-time, for fun blogger k? Unlike some like I-fly-around-half-the-world-taking-beautiful-pictures blogger and Im-so-famous-I'm-on-Malaysian-Dreamgirls blogger. tsk tsk tsk.

Oh ya, btw, I find that Ringo's kinda cute. Now I've to dig out all my pictures of me as a kid.

Come, come, I'll make YOU happy...

It has been great weekend for football! Well, for me at least.

#1. The three-zero win over Liverfool Liverpool I mean. That alone is already enough for a great week! Didn't wanted to blog about this, but oh well, I was reminded...

#2. I saw this coming soon, but RIO FERDINAND FOR THE ENGLAND CAPTAIN! What did I tell you!?

To the England football team's fans, remember to catch the France - England friendly.

Current mood: Lost and guilt.

It's 6am here. Now.

If you know me well enough, Chunhowe NEVER wakes up this early. At least, since secondary school.

Meaning that I had stayed up overnight till now.

At first I was playing some game while watching some show till 1am. THEN, I started to playing some game while trying to study till 5am. But the study part didn't really come. So, feeling guilty, I trying to study till now lo.

Whole week off for easter, and what have I accomplished? Two chapters of revision. Stay at home and do nothing. Wasting my parents money sending me here when I don't even bother to go out and see England.

I'm the worst lah!

Now then, to compile to my misery, everybody shout: "You're the worst!"

My Gay Housemate

Yeap, I have a gay housemate. So much for acting gay from time to time.

I was chatting with my French guy housemate a night about 1 month ago while I was cooking. He was in his late 20s, extremely well-groomed and nice to talk to. Innocently, as I did to the two Indians in the house who were married, I asked him of his martial status.

"Me? Oh no, oh no..." *mutters something so fast I didn't understand*

"Oh, is it? i see i see..." *nods head in agreement of something I didn't know*

***

Two nights ago, I was cooking dinner around 10pm. Then, he and another quite good looking guy came in through the front door, with bags and all.

"Ohhhh Hello there, Howe. Remember you asking me that day if I was married, come, I'll like to introduce you to my boyfriend. "

*Tio stun* "Oh? Hah! Wow... that's nice..."

What happened after that was a blur. I was in a state of denial and shock. Ok. I'm a bastard.

Brrr... So much for those Malay pondans and Thai shemales. This is the KFC ORIGINAL RECIPE!

------
Just some pictures of my current room

I've moved to another room in the house, this time a shared one. Reason being one of the Indians brought his wife over for a while. So the kind and innocent Chunhowe agreed to exchange rooms for a while. After all, the shared room had a 27' TV.

Before cleaning:

After Cleaning:

Damn clean right?

The view I get from my window:

K lah, that's all. Too much pictures and the ISA might find out my location d. Bye!

Democracy: Power to the People! Power to da People 'Round!!

Chong was shooting facts at me that day on MSN about why BN shld be kicked out. I was so scared of him lah, macam he's gonna go fight Big M tomorrow for the heavyweight championship like that. lol~ jking la!

Happy about the results? Yea gua. At least now got a bit of "corporate governance", opposition parties to check and balance.

But hopefully I don't really fancy handling the governance of Malaysia to the opposition in the next 10 years. After all, they hardly have any experience in running one yet, considering Malaysia is just 50 years old and ruled by the same party.

Look at the stock market! Gasp! People don't like changes unless forced to!!!

Lamity Rules! Mr Papa Toe Strikes Back!@#$%^

WoooOoOOooO! I'm back!

Don't groan.

Don't sob.

Quote Polish Mum: "Bravo, Machik, Bravvvvoo..."

------
I was studying that day in my room that day, without the internet, sitting in a yoga position on my bed.

I was so bored that I accidentally drew a line on my toe.

Okay.

I purposely drew another.

And.

"Hello!"

Mr Left Papa Toe popped out of no where and stared at me intensely, without saying a word after. I stared back at him, afraid that he might attack me if I ever did blinked or looked away for a split second.

Finally, after staring at each other and almost embracing into a kiss, he shook his head and to my upmost horror, his children came!

Mr Left Papa Toe made his children pop out onto my other toes!

2nd Toe: "Hi! I'm an enthusiastic team leader!"
3rd Toe: "Hi! I'm stuck! !@#$%^&*"
4th Toe: "Hi! I'm a computer technician!"
5th Toe: "Hi! I'm a girl and the only sister in the family!"

......

Next Up: Mrs Right Mama Toe!

Yea, as if I care if I just published pictures of my leg online.

The Task... is to Procrastinate.

cartoon from www.weblogcartoons.com

------
Just wanted to post something fun.

Chunhowe does not Procrastinate k?

Or at least, he tries feebly not to repeat the same mistakes which could potentially materially misstate his "Statement 0f Comprehensive Performance" in accordance with IAS 1 which may lead to qualification of his Financial Statements. *crushes tissue paper in hand* But since an audit opinion is limited by inherent limitations, possible fraudulent cohesions etc, it is by persuasive rather than conclusive evidence that shows that Chunhowe does not procrastinate.

True and fairly.

*arghh struggles*

My First Post of the Year is a Rojak Post

Hello everyone! Happy Chinese New Year!

First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone who hasn't forgot about me, the poor-old' cute chunhowe hidden in a corner of the world's birthday. There wasn't a need to, but it's nice of you guys to drop by, thanks!

But next time hor, I wouldn't mind, you know, something else to go with your well wishes.

My HSBC Account is 4179 xxxx. Haha!

I no angbow to collect leh! So cham.

------
I was watching The Day After Tomorrow on my lappie while chewing on my barrel of Fried Chicken (birthday present from myself)

If you know, I have always been complaining about how cold the weather is in London now.

When I saw the scene where people and New York started to freeze instantaneously as temperatures dropped 150C per second, my room like suddenly turned very cold.

I wonder why.

------
Warning: Football post ahead.

I've been watching the trail of the Premier League since I was 16 or 17 years old, very much influenced by fellow footie fans like Eugene and Chong. Considering many old guys, I'm considered quite a newbie. Yet till this stage now, I have to admit that I never failed to refresh Soccernet at least once a day, got on the news of a new signing within 48 hours, and played Man Utd in Football Manager till I've already superseded Sir Alex Ferguson as one of the best Managers in the club's history (of course, that wouldn't make any sense at all realistically).

Yet the direction of the Premier League is turning in a way which I had foreseen, but never wished to admit to.

I just hope that the Premier League would just turn back into pure, passionate game of clubs playing football instead of the current, recent trend of foreigners cashing in for profits and fame.

Takeovers by very rich bastards have already taken place, which extents to the Big Four of Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Man Utd. Even comparatively smaller clubs like West Ham United and Derby County (which I never understood). Pressure by the owners to achieve results to rank in more profits (to a certain extent of truth) has maimed the face of the game. Liverpool's manager is going on a downwards spiral while Chelsea's was sacked, Arsenal was almost scrapped.

More and more wealthy businessman are seeing clubs as entities of cash-generating cows. With the Premier League getting more and more widespread coverage over the world, TV revenues are increasing, and with that, the prize money of major competitions increased, everyone wants a slice of pie. Players now cost and demand more, stadiums getting bigger and debts piling up high.

And unlike Barcelona, most of the owners aren't real fans of their own clubs.

It's not a pretty scene I guess.

And the latest development was to squeeze in one more game to play overseas in major cities like Hong Kong and Japan. Thereby, the cities will get to bid to host a game to the already jam-packed 38 game schedule, thus one, earning from the proceeds of bids and gate receipts, and two, increasing the global appeal to local fans and as a result increasing revenue through jerseys and fanware.

I don't like it. I've got a feeling it's gonna be a "rich-get-richer, poor-get-poorer" vicious cycle.

Wait till I buy over Sunderland, Man Utd's good buddy.

Read more about it at soccernet.com.

Regrets - Goodbye, My Good Friend.

Have you ever felt handicapped before?

Not about the terribly exciting game for the wealthy where you randomly swing metal sticks and then strenuously exercise by training your eyes to look small, tiny white balls in vast areas of greens.

I'm talking about being actually physically impaired.

I remember my Chemistry teacher in secondary school once told us a tale of his friend who woke up one day and suddenly realised that he had turned blind overnight.

And that we used to call him a "Terrorist" behind his back.

Just to show how fragile life actually is, you know. One day your friend can be doing a bit of night jogging, then to see him the next day bedridden forever due to a car accident. You never see such stuff coming along... Just like Rikimaru's or Phantom Assassin's Blinkstrike, see your back suddenly got a bit of blood, suddenly crit crit crit, then you start counting down 50 seconds again.

Btw, I stopped DotA-ing d. Chunhowe mature liao.

Back, I just saw a glimpsed of my own disability for a second a while ago.

I was switching SIM cards, when I wanted to use my *extended* fingernail on my right pinky which I had been keeping and maintaning for the past 2 years. A great and handy tool in times of urgent needs. You might never know when you'd need to pry something small, or point at a specific spot on the map, or scratch the inside of your nose when it gets itchy.

Suddenly, I realised that I had just snipped it off 5 minutes ago.

For a second, it dawned on me that I had just lost a great buddy, a helpful partner, a steady brother. Like I had just tok-ed off my dick.

I looked again at my right hand upright, palm facing me.

My pinky looked incomplete, as if a segment had just been chopped off.

Regrets, I have many.

Emo-nyer.

Accountants have the Balls of a Gorilla.

I was in my first P1 class today, Professional Accountant.

What kind of name is "Professional Accountant" anyways? So, now they teach us to be ethical lah? Or to prevent us from becoming "Amateur Accountants", or to make sure that we are "Skilled Accountants"?

A: Hi, my name is Paul Yan. I'm a pro-gamer.
B: Hi, my name is Chunhowe. I'm a pro-accountant.
A: =.="

Anyways, class was downright boring. Read that with a triple "O" and a echoing "-ing".

I almost dozed off when the lecturer was going through the first chapter. Then I suddenly jolted up when I heard him say "...study this nine key concepts."

HUH! STUDY NINE KING KONG SACKS???

Untitled 5

"Mama! how do you do it?" asked the little tiger cub, as he stared excitedly, full of admiration, at his mother, eyes filled with curiosity and awe, along with a slight tinge of envy.

The tigress, standing tall and overlooking the high cliff which protruded outwards from a mountain wall like an uncompleted bridge trying to reach the ends of the world. Her vulture like eyes gazing across the golden horizon silhouetted with shadows of acacia trees and tall savanna grass. On her face, wrote a whelming amount of overpowering ambition and strength. Her slow gaze moved steadily on to the plains, where the hyena, antelopes, rhinoceroses, elephants and even members of her own clan stood. Their heads were bowed gently downwards, as a sign of respect and recognition. For, indisputably, She was the Alpha, the leader of the pack.

Yet, upon hearing her child's sincere woes, she looked down at him, this time, with the feminine eyes of an understanding mother, and answered.
"It's because I eat Tiger biskuat, my dear. "
