Almost a week back, my friends were quite concerned about the floods in Johor and stuff, to which "HUH, GOT FLOOD?". I'm sorry for having little knowledge about my own home, but the thought of high waters invading my house was, just absurd.
Never had once before, that i have heard in my life that Johor was in flood. Can you imagine me swimming after my precious teddy bear. A Jumanji scene floats up somewhere.
AND.... I overestimated myself. ho ho ho...
Parts of Segamat in Johor, was so badly flooded, to the extent that it had even made the headlines everyday. Millions of dollars lost, along with some people who couldn't make the escape and drowned. In addition, the ugly sides of the Johorians surfaced, inclusive of god-damned thieves and f*cking greedy bastards asking for payment for the rescue services, which did nothing but massaged salt into wounds. Painful right?
One or two days ago, when things were turning for the better ( I thought), it rained continuously for the past 2 days and drizzled till now. Somehow, I don't think that things will turn out fine now. Rain, rain, rain~
